Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings

Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. (Very important if you want crispy wings!)
  2. Mix together Baking Powder, Garlic Salt, and Pepper.
  3. In a large bowl or bag, toss chicken wings with the powder mixture until evening coated.
  4. Lightly oil air-fryer basket with cooking spray or rub a little oil over it with your fingers or a pastry brush.
  5. Place wing pieces in the fryer basket in a single layer - no overlapping - and place in the air fryer.
  6. Cook at 375F for 12 minutes.
  7. Turn wings over. Cook at 375 for 13 minutes more.
  8. Turn wings over again.
  9. Increase the temperature to 420F or highest setting and bake for another 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy and brown.
  10. Remove from air fryer and immediately toss in wing sauce of choice or enjoy as-is.
