Lemon Pepper Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c. Soy Sauce
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Oil (Olive or Canola)
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced (or 1 t. minced Garlic)
- 3 T. Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
- 6 Pork Chops
Directions:
- Combine first five ingredients in a Gallon Zip Lock Bag.
- Add Pork Chops to Bag.
- Refrigerate Overnight (two nights max). Can freeze and thaw later by placing bag in the fridge all day if desired. I recommend putting it on a plate in case the bag leaks.
- Preheat Grill on highest setting.
- Reduce heat to Medium/Medium-High.
- Grill Pork Chops ~2 min each side, rotate 90 degrees and grill 2 min more until "firm" (gives slightly) but not hard. Cut one in half to make sure it s done. You should be able to see the "grain" of the meat and it should not be translucent. Juices should be clear, not milky.
