Lemon Pepper Pork Chops

Ingredients: Directions:
  1. Combine first five ingredients in a Gallon Zip Lock Bag.
  2. Add Pork Chops to Bag.
  3. Refrigerate Overnight (two nights max). Can freeze and thaw later by placing bag in the fridge all day if desired. I recommend putting it on a plate in case the bag leaks.
  4. Preheat Grill on highest setting.
  5. Reduce heat to Medium/Medium-High.
  6. Grill Pork Chops ~2 min each side, rotate 90 degrees and grill 2 min more until "firm" (gives slightly) but not hard. Cut one in half to make sure it s done. You should be able to see the "grain" of the meat and it should not be translucent. Juices should be clear, not milky.
